Shahzre Mohib is a NYU graduate with a bachelor's in psychology and a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies. While in college, Shahzre worked at a COVID-19 lab that allowed her to learn more about patient care and how viruses impact our bodies, particularly in people who have additional health issues. Shahzre joined RRI in the Fall of 2022 as a Clinical Research Coordinator, having the opportunity to work on a variety of studies with the team. Through her psychology major, she learned a great deal about research and how studies are conducted, which has helped her in this role.
My time at RRI has helped me expand my knowledge on research and conducting studies, while also being able to interact with patients and hear about how their conditions affect them. It has also allowed me to see the impact that research can have on patients with kidney diseases and how the work we do can be beneficial in the healthcare field.
