Andrea Nandorine Ban, MSC
Andrea holds a master's degree in mathematics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Budapest, Hungary. Throughout her career she has been studying big data through various lenses. As a software developer in the Institute for Computer Science and Control, Hungarian Academy of Science, she did scientific research in machine learning, in the field of learning to rank algorithms. During this time, she also focused on statistics and taught data analysis at the Eotvos Lorand University, Hungary. Andrea polished her backend development skills at Audible's Data Science Engineering team. At RRI, I try to use my expertise in statistics/data science and software skills in exploring big data to unlock relations hidden behind large datasets of renal patients.
