Shannon has a bachelor’s degree from Fitchburg State University where she studied human services and an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Fisher College. She has recently joined RRI and comes to us with 20 years experience as an executive assistant. She is responsible for providing advanced administrative support to three senior executives and their teams in the global medical office at Fresenius Medical Care.
